Health Focus Pharmacy

Overview

Health Focus Pharmacies comprise of two main sections:

First are the Regional Community Pharmacies that operate in a broad range of unique communities across Australia:

Western Australia:Christmas Is, Port Hedland & Geraldton
South Australia: Minlaton & Port Vincent
New South Wales: Mudgee, Macksville & Sawtell

Dr Mark Baldock the Proprietor of the Christmas Island, and Geraldton stores; and sole director of all other incorporated stores.
Maia Zuideveld is Proprietor of the Port Hedland store.

The common thread is their aim to engage with their communities and provide primary health services through advice, products and service.

The second component of Health Focus Pharmacies is the Management Group that service these pharmacies.

Health Focus Pharmacies P/L is a management organisation that cordinates the operational running of the 8 pharmacies that make up the Health Focus Pharmacy Group. Health Focus Pharmacies P/L manage many aspects of each of these pharmacies including:

• Business Planning, Accounts and Financial Forecasting
• Mergers and acquisitions of new premises
• Stock and Inventory - bulk purchases, stock management and ogistics
• Human Resource Management - recruitment, contracts, wages, tax, insurance and performance reviews.
• Training - Management, Pharmacists, Retail Managers, Technicians and Assistants
• Marketing - Integrated Strategic Marketing, Planning, implementaion and review.

Each of the individual stores are run as separate and individual business that all report to the Management Organisation.
