Dr Mark Baldock:  Proprietor & Director

Director and Pharmacist Mark Baldock has re-trained as a Medical Doctor and is currently undergoing General Practice Specialist training. This is seen within the medical and pharmacy industry as a unique combination that allows strong insight into the provision of pharmaceutical care, primary health care and clinical aspects of pharmacy management as well as business development, such as interfacing with GP clinics and developing primary health care services delivered from pharmacy eg blood pressure monitoring, smoking cessation, diabetes monitoring. Mark provides an inspiring and enthusiastic leadership to the organisation.

Peter Howard:  Managing Director

Peter  comes from a background of banking, marketing and business development that can be utilized across both the pharmacy and medical center practices and as such is well suited to develop synergies between the two business structures for increased efficiency and profitability of both.

He provides support to all memebers of staff - and mentors the Management Team where needed. Peter provides a wealth of knowledge, peronality and guidance to the whole team.

The Management Team:

The combined experience, knowledge and backgrounds of the Management Team provide a sound base for coordinating all aspects of the Health Focus Organisation. The Team use a collaborative management process to effectively analysis, discuss and identify better practices. This process allows them to focus on a number of management issues at any given time and produce improvements and better outcomes across all stores.

Tamsin Galliot: Chief Pharmacist.
Tamsin represents the Pharmaceutical aspect of the HFP Group and is responsible for liaison with Pharmacists, overseeing the HFP dispensaries, the development of Community Health Programs and co-ordination of staff training.

Leanne Cooke: Operations Manager and Human Resources.
Leanne represents the operational aspect of the HFP Group and is responsible for liaison with Retail Managers and co-ordination of Operations and Human Resource issues.

Tracey Van Uden: Finance.
Tracey is responsible for all aspect of Financial Control for the groups activities.

Sharon Babich: Admin
Sharon provides the much needed support in assisting Tracey, Leanne and Jonine

Jonine Jackson: Retail Product Management
With an extensive background in Pharmacy, Jonine is ideally suited to implement and manage our Retail Product Managent system - centralising all aspects of stock control across our stores.

Andrew Perry: Brand Management and Marketing
Andrew represents the public perceptions of the HFP Group and is responsible for the appearance of all HFP's, promotional and marketing projects, implementation of the Community Health Programs and retail support.
